Controls what the agent can access, what actions it can perform, and when human intervention or escalation is required.
Signing service & ledger
Cryptographically signs verified actions and maintains an immutable record for attribution, audit, and compliance.

AI agents should not receive permanent trust. Trust must be continuously evaluated throughout the agent lifecycle.

Agent has not been evaluated. No trust assigned. Access denied by default.
Admitted
Initial identity verification passed. Limited access granted for evaluation.

Full verification and behavioural baseline established. Operates within policy.

Anomaly detected or policy violation. Access limited pending review.

Significant risk indicator. Agent isolated from enterprise systems.
Revoked
Trust permanently withdrawn. Agent identity blacklisted.
