SLM-AI Solutions is building an ecosystem, not a single product. Stratum is live today. FloodGate is in active development. Together they form a deliberate path from practical MSP security tooling to full AI-native trust infrastructure.
Where we are today
We are currently in Phase 1 — Research and architecture, with Stratum already live and generating real MSP usage. This is not a company with only slide-ware: Stratum proves our engineering approach in production today, while FloodGate's core architecture and trust model are being designed and patented.
The four phases
Research and architecture — Active now
Core trust model, AI agent identity framework, and policy engine design for FloodGate™. Patent applications filed covering the agent passport and trust evaluation architecture. Stratum™ operating live with MSP partners, validating our engineering approach and building the operational relationships FloodGate will build on.
Prototype development
Initial FloodGate™ gateway implementation: working agent passport verification, a functioning trust evaluation engine, and the signing service and ledger that make every AI agent action attributable. Early integration testing with EDR, XDR, and SIEM platforms.
MSP validation and security testing
Controlled deployment of FloodGate™ with managed service provider partners already using Stratum™ — the same trusted relationships from Phase 1 become our first real-world proving ground. Independent red-team assessment and adversarial testing of the trust model. Refinement based on live findings, not assumptions.
Enterprise readiness
Production-grade FloodGate™ gateway. Full SIEM integration, scalable policy enforcement across large agent fleets, and complete lifecycle governance from agent admission through to revocation. The point at which organisations can safely run autonomous AI agents at enterprise scale, with every action attributable and every agent continuously evaluated.
Why this sequence
We did not start with FloodGate. We started by solving a smaller, immediate problem — helping MSPs understand security exposure quickly and safely with Stratum. That gave us three things a research-only roadmap cannot: real product engineering discipline, real customer relationships, and real revenue validating that organisations trust us with sensitive assessment. FloodGate is being built on that foundation, not in isolation from it.

Our long-term aim is to enable a secure, governed transition from legacy IT operations to AI-native enterprise environments — where AI agent identity, trust, and attribution are as fundamental to enterprise security as user identity and device management are today. FloodGate is the first piece of that infrastructure. It will not be the last.
